About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Finance & Controlling modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP FICO, hands-on configuration skills, and experience in end-to-end project cycles.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
- Configure and support SAP FI modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Configure and support SAP CO modules:
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing (PC)
- COPA (Profitability Analysis)
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles.
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and leadership for issue resolution.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement enhancements.
- Prepare functional documentation (FS, BRD, Test Scripts, Training Materials).
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, HR) for integrated processes.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5 to 7 years of experience as an SAP FICO functional consultant.
- Strong knowledge of FICO integration with other SAP modules.
- Hands-on experience in:
- New GL
- Automatic Payment Program (APP)
- Dunning
- Foreign currency valuation
- Tax configuration (GST/VAT)
- Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.
- Good understanding of business processes in Finance & Controlling.
- Ability to create detailed functional documents and interact with ABAP teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP S/4

HANA experience (Universal Journal, ACDOCA, New Asset Accounting).
- Knowledge of Fiori apps for FICO.
- SAP Certification in FI or CO.
- Experience in global support environments.
