What are we looking for
- Act as a trusted migration consultant for customers with 2–3 years of relevant experience, proactively engaging with them to understand their business model, billing workflows, and data usage patterns in their source systems, while demonstrating strong, confident client-facing communication skills and experience handling customer interactions.
- Lead end-to-end discovery for migration projects by analyzing customer data use cases, subscription lifecycle flows, invoicing, revenue recognition, and reporting needs, applying a business-oriented mindset (MBA background preferred) to understand customer context and expectations.
- Translate customer business requirements into clear, well-articulated migration logic, rules, and transformation specifications that can be directly consumed by Migration Data Engineering teams for automation scripting.
- Identify and articulate problem statements, edge cases, and dependencies in a structured and consultative manner, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Break down complex migration scenarios into clear, structured, and comprehensive documentation; strong documentation ability is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Migration Data Engineering, QA, Implementation Consultants, Implementation Engagement Managers, Solution Consultants and Product teams to ensure migration logic is correctly implemented, tested, and delivered on time, while communicating effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuously identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve migration approaches based on recurring customer patterns and SaaS best practices, contributing to scalable and repeatable migration outcomes.
Functional Ask
SaaS Billing & Subscription Domain Expertise
Hands-on experience with subscription lifecycle management, invoicing, pricing models, revenue recognition, and reporting workflows, with the ability to map complex customer business models into scalable billing systems.
Migration Discovery & Business Analysis
Proven experience leading end-to-end migration discovery, including analysis of source system data, identification of use cases and edge cases, and translating business requirements into clear, structured migration logic and transformation specifications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Solution Design
Strong experience working closely with data engineering, QA, implementation, and product teams to ensure migration logic is accurately implemented, validated, and delivered on time, while continuously driving standardization and automation improvements.

Ability to engage with customers as a trusted advisor, clearly communicate complex concepts, set expectations, and handle challenging or ambiguous situations with confidence and empathy.
