About the Role

The OIC Lead will be responsible for overseeing the operational integrity of our projects, ensuring that all objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

- Role: OIC Technical Consultant
- Core: OIC + SOA + OSB
- Integrations: REST, SOAP, FTP, B2B
- Fusion exposure: ERP / HCM / SCM / Finance
- Tools: BI Publisher, OTBI, PL/SQL
- Certification:
Oracle Integration certified

Responsibilities

- Lead project teams to achieve operational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project performance.
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Provide training and support to team members.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the technology sector.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
