Presales Consultant - IT Infrastructure

Responsibilities

- Conduct discovery sessions to gather information about existing infrastructure, applications, and workflows.
- Solution Design & Architecture:
Develop and present on-premises infrastructure solutions, including networking, security, endpoint protection, servers, and storage.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, bill of materials (BoM), solution architecture diagrams, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Provide the Effort estimate, SOW for the Implementation
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
- Design architecture diagrams and technical proposals outlining the solutions.
- Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of proposed solutions.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and competitive advantages of the recommended offerings.
- Address technical inquiries and concerns raised by customers during presentations and meetings.
- Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase key capabilities.
- Execution of proof of concept (PoC) projects to validate the feasibility and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management to ensure alignment between customer requirements and technical solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the market.
