Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing professional with hands-on experience in scaling D2C brands. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing paid media across Meta and Google platforms, with a sharp focus on ROAS, CAC, and growth metrics. Experience in the personal care or beauty category and exposure to Quick Commerce platforms will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, You Tube)
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth with a performance-led mindset
• Own and manage media budgets, ensuring optimal ROI, ROAS, and CAC
• Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals
• Track and report key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates
• Identify growth opportunities through new audiences, platforms, and strategies
• Support campaigns for Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.) where applicable
• Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing
Key Requirements:
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong experience in the D2C industry (mandatory)
• Proven exposure to managing paid media across Meta and Google platforms (mandatory)
• Experience in the personal care / beauty category is an added advantage
• Exposure to Quick Commerce platforms is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
