Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support and administration of Flexera tools (e.g., Flex Net Manager Suite, Flexera One, FNMS, App Portal, Snow Platforms).
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
Perform regular data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation of inventory and license data.
Configure and maintain business adapters, inventory agents, and integrations with systems such as SCCM, Intune, Service Now, and Active Directory.
Maintain system documentation, processes, and knowledge base articles.
Participate in upgrades, patches, testing, and implementation of new Flexera/Snow features.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM).
Hands-on experience with Flexera/Snow tools (Flex Net Manager, Flexera One, Snow SLM, SI etc.).
Basic understanding of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe, SAP, etc.).
Experience with inventory tools such as SCCM, Intune, JAMF, or similar.
Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Familiarity with ITSM tools like Service Now.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Certifications:
Flexera/Snow certification
ITIL Foundation certification
Knowledge of automation or scripting (SQL, Power Shell, Python)
