Mindsprint is looking for a senior Content Marketer to own and execute high-impact content across the buyer journey. This role sits at the intersection of brand, demand, partnerships, and thought leadership. It involves translating complex enterprise technology concepts into clear, credible, and compelling narratives.
You will create content that builds trust with CXOs, influences buying decisions, supports sales and partnerships, and positions Mindsprint as a forward-looking technology partner of choice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy & Ownership:
Own and execute the end-to-end content marketing strategy aligned to Mindsprint’s business, brand, and partner objectives.
Develop a structured editorial roadmap across industries, solutions, and strategic themes
Ensure content reflects enterprise positioning and credibility.
Core Content Creation:
Lead creation of industry whitepapers, reports, case studies, solution briefs, and thought leadership articles.
Translate complex technology concepts into business value stories.
Create joint partner assets including co-branded whitepapers, solution briefs, and GTM collateral.
Collaborate with partners, customers and practice teams to create impactful content
Develop leadership POVs, panel and keynote scripts, and executive presentations.
Repurpose long-form content into blogs, infographics and Linkedin posts.
Work with design and video teams on modern content formats.
Social media:
Manage the social media calendar for the Mindsprint Linkedin page
Create bespoke content for Linkedin and closely track performance/engagement
Work closely with leadership, practice leads and rest of the marketing team to source interesting inputs for Linkedin.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
6-8 years of experience in B2B content marketing.
Strong understanding of Data, Analytics, AI/GenAI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation concepts.
Proven portfolio of long-form, short-form and thought leadership content.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
A strong grasp of narrative-building and stakeholder management
Ability to simplify complex ideas for easy interpretation of the data for different audiences.
