Role Summary
We are hiring a Generative AI Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, and RAG-based architectures. The candidate must have delivered at least two end-to-end GenAI implementations and possess practical experience in LLM tuning, vector databases, and production deployments.
Key Skills (Primary)
- Python (4+ years hands-on)
- LLMs & Prompt Engineering
- RAG pipeline design and optimization
- Vector Databases (FAISS/Chroma)
- Embeddings & Retrieval Systems
Secondary Skills
- APIs, Docker
- Basic MLOps
- Cloud fundamentals (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Key Expectations
- Experience in LLM tuning (minimum 1 year)
- Strong understanding of Responsible AI, domain guardrails, and security
- Hands-on deployment of GenAI pipelines to production
- Strong practical problem-solving ability
