Automation QA AI

Position: Automation QA with AI
What you’ll do:

Identify, design, and implement AI-powered capabilities to modernize QA processes, including:

AI-assisted code and test reviews

Intelligent automation results analysis and failure classification

Automated error detection, root-cause analysis, and defect triage

Detection of flaky tests, gaps in coverage, and quality risks

Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to embed AI into CI/CD pipelines and QA frameworks.

Lead quality discussions during grooming, design, and architecture reviews to shift quality left using data-driven and AI-assisted insights.

Own and evolve enterprise-level automation frameworks, integrating AI where it improves signal quality and decision-making.

Analyze integration, end-to-end, and production-adjacent signals to provide actionable insights on system health and release readiness.

Define and track advanced quality metrics and KPIs, leveraging AI to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and risk.

Mentor and influence other QA and engineering team members on AI-driven testing strategies and best practices.

Ensure AI solutions meet performance, reliability, security, and Mastercard compliance standards.

Evaluate and prototype emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to Quality Engineering and testing.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual effort, shorten feedback loops, and improve overall SDLC quality.

What we seek in you:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in software development, test automation, or quality engineering.

Strong hands-on coding experience and deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern testing methodologies.

Proven experience designing or integrating AI/ML or LLM-based solutions into engineering or QA workflows.

Strong experience in API & Service Testing

Strong programming skills (JavaScript - preferred, Python, Java, or similar)

Data Analysis & Observability for QA

Agile & Scaled Agile Methodologies

Jira or similar tooling

Experience with LLMs, ML models, or AI platforms like AWS Bedrock (strong plus)
