Role Description
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, train, and deploy AI/ML models that support decision-making and process automation within the Retirement Solutions ecosystem. The role involves working on NLP, predictive analytics, and data-driven automation while integrating AI capabilities into existing .NET and Sigma-based applications.
This is an onsite contract role in Chennai, requiring close collaboration with innovation teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models focused on NLP, predictive analytics, and automation use cases
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract insights and improve business processes
- Build and maintain ML pipelines and APIs for model deployment and integration
- Collaborate with Innovation Leads and Developers to integrate AI models with .NET/Sigma systems
- Perform feature engineering, model tuning, and performance optimization
- Evaluate model accuracy, monitor performance, and retrain models as needed
- Create data visualizations and reports to present model insights and outcomes
- Work with SQL and data integration tools to manage and prepare data for AI solutions
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
- Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow or Py Torch
- Experience with NLP frameworks/tools such as spaCy, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs
- Experience in feature engineering, model training, and deployment pipelines
- Knowledge of SQL and data processing/integration tools (ADF, Databricks preferred)
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Understanding of financial/retirement domain data (added advantage)
