Responsibilities
- Find and maintain prospective clients
- Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations
- Provide technical support to clients
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales, including the ability to match technical solutions with customer requirements
- Prior experience of Medical Devices Sales is preferred.
- Ability to discuss highly technical concepts clearly with prospective leads both to technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English, Tamil
- Strong skills in Technical Support to address troubleshooting, implementation, and product performance inquiries
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle customer concerns effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical fields, or a related discipline is preferred
