We are seeking a dynamic   Technical / Business Analyst   to join the Edrevel AI team — an AI-powered Learning Experience Platform (LXP) revolutionizing education, workforce development, and compliance training. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clients, technology, and business goals, helping define, design, and deliver AI-driven learning solutions that transform how organizations engage with learners.
This role requires creativity, analytical strength, and the ability to communicate Edrevel’s value proposition in a compelling way to diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities    Collaborate with   clients, end users, and stakeholders   to gather business requirements and translate them into clear product and technical specifications.
Leverage Edrevel’s  AI and analytics capabilities   (AI Course Creator, Skills Pro engine, and learning insights dashboards) to design tailored solutions for customers.
Conduct  discovery and solution workshops   with clients to identify opportunities for innovation and digital transformation within their L&D or compliance ecosystems.
Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure business objectives are aligned with platform capabilities.
Develop  client proposals, solution briefs, and presentations   that demonstrate the impact of Edrevel’s AI-powered features.
Analyze platform usage data and generate insights to help clients maximize engagement, performance, and ROI.
Serve as a  trusted advisor   to customers — understanding their needs, mapping them to Edrevel’s modules, and presenting creative configurations.
Contribute to continuous product improvement by identifying emerging client needs and proposing new AI-driven functionalities.

Qualifications    Bachelor’s degree in   Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
3–6 years   of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Consultant, or Customer Success Specialist in SaaS, EdTech, or AI-driven solutions.
Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong understanding of  AI, data analytics, and digital learning technologies  .
Proven experience engaging with end users and executive stakeholders to gather feedback and deliver tailored business solutions.
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills — able to articulate complex AI features in clear, outcome-driven terms.
Ability to  think strategically and act tactically  , crafting innovative solutions under tight timelines.
Familiarity with tools like  Jira, Figma  , or similar analytics/visualization platforms is a plus.
