SharePoint​/M365 Developer

Position: SharePoint / M365 Developer
We are seeking an 8+ experienced SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Developer to design, develop, and integrate SharePoint solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building SharePoint forms and workflows, integrating with external systems such as Service Now, and shaping scalable digital solutions.

This role will also collaborate closely with the Digital Maps team (custom development) and contribute to solution design and future enhancement opportunities

Responsibilities

Build in SharePoint (forms, workflows, Power Apps, Power Automate, modern site customisation)
Integrate SharePoint with Service Now via APIs (send/receive data)
Support solution design and work alongside a Digital Maps team (ICON custom development)
Work confidently across Microsoft 365
Apply JavaScript or C# where required
Manage SharePoint security and permissions effectively

Qualifications

Experience integrating SharePoint with Service Now (highly desirable).
Experience working in cross-functional digital or custom development teams.
Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and architecture.
Experience in solution design and stakeholder engagement.

Essential Skills

Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (modern experience).
Proven experience building workflows and forms using Power Automate and Power Apps.
Experience integrating SharePoint with external systems via APIs.
Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Knowledge of SharePoint security, permissions, and governance best practices.

Experience with custom development using JavaScript and/or C#.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to shape technical solutions.
