A fast-growing organization in the Artificial Intelligence & Enterprise Software sector building production GenAI solutions for business workflows, search, and automation. We deliver end-to-end GenAI applications that integrate large language models, vector search, and cloud-native services to solve real-world problems. This hiring is for an on-site role in India.
Primary title: Generative AI Engineer (GenAI Developer)
Role & Responsibilities
Design, fine-tune, and deploy generative models and retrieval-augmented pipelines for production use-cases.
Implement prompt engineering, instruction-tuning, and parameter-efficient fine-tuning workflows (LoRA/PEFT) to meet application accuracy and cost targets.
Build vector-search solutions and embeddings pipelines using FAISS/Pinecone and integrate them with LLM inference layers.
Develop scalable Python-based microservices and APIs to serve model inference with observability and fault tolerance.
Collaborate with product, data science, and infra teams to product ionize models: CI/CD, monitoring, model governance, and retraining pipelines.
Optimize inference performance on GPU/CPU, define deployment strategies, and maintain model lifecycle documentation and reproducibility.

Qualifications:
Strong practical experience building and shipping GenAI or ML systems (industry or research). Comfortable working on-site in India and collaborating across engineering, data science, and product teams. Familiarity with GPU-based model training and deployment tools and best practices for model monitoring and governance.
