FSL Technical Lead:
JD:
Provide FSL solution options/alternatives to businesses as technical architect
Translate and design FSL business requirements to technical specifications
Provide guidance on all phases of the software development lifecycle and the impact of FSL
Liaise with clients on an ongoing basis to maintain and develop the business relationship, ensure satisfaction with services provided, and identify opportunities for further growth
Participate in sessions with salesforce customers and other team members to understand business requirements and business processes
Document detailed business, functional and technical requirements
Lead technical project delivery and build components as necessary
Manage end-to-end delivery of complex solutions to multiple clients
Configure and customize Salesforce applications
Configure salesforce and related third party applications
Develop and contribute to data migration and/or system integration strategy
This position entails minimal travel and occasional presence at clients' sites
Basic Qualifications:
Overall 7+ years of IT experience in which at least last 3 years working experience in Salesforce FSL platform.
3+ years Salesforce experience within a fast paced environment
Experience working with an enterprise level Field Service Management system
A thorough understanding of service and field service practices and KPIs
2+ years industry-specific experience (Telecom or High-Tech)
Certification:
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant Certification
