SCM Technical Consultant – Oracle EBS

Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced SCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EBS (R12/R11) and the SCM domain. The candidate should have solid technical skills along with functional knowledge in Supply Chain Management modules and must be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and US clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to:
Work on Oracle SCM modules including Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), and Inventory (INV).
Develop and support technical components using Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL.
Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and provide detailed technical solutions.
Participate in design, development, customization, and support of Oracle EBS applications.
Interact with clients and provide regular project updates.
Work effectively as an individual contributor and as part of a team.
Support projects across different time zones, including shift-based work if required.
Mandatory Qualifications /
Skills:
Strong experience in Oracle EBS (R12/R11) – Fusion Cloud experience is not applicable.
Technical expertise in:
Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL.
Functional knowledge in SCM modules:
Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV).
Hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
Oracle Workflow, OAF (Oracle Application Framework), Oracle Apex.
Preferred Qualifications /
Skills:
Experience working with US clients.
Strong communication and client interaction skills.
Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities as an individual contributor.
Team player with willingness to learn new technologies.
