We are hiring a high-performing Sales Manager – Software Sales to drive enterprise revenue growth from our Chennai office.
Key Responsibilities
Drive complete end-to-end enterprise software sales cycle
Generate new business opportunities in B2B enterprise segment
Close high-value software deals (₹1 Crore+ per deal preferred)
Meet and exceed annual revenue targets
Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and business decision-makers
Lead RFP/RFI submissions and commercial negotiations
Coordinate with Pre-Sales & Delivery teams for solution positioning
Maintain strong pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline
Contribute to strategic sales planning and market expansion
Mandatory Requirements (Strict Screening Criteria)
10+ years of core Software / IT Services / SaaS Sales experience
Must currently be working in a Software Product or IT Services company
Proven track record of achieving ₹5+ Crore annual sales target
Experience in selling SaaS / ERP / CRM / Cloud / Custom Software solutions
Strong experience in enterprise B2B sales
Experience working with CXO / Director-level stakeholders
Willing to work from office in Chennai (No remote option)
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
Preferred
MBA – Sales/Marketing
Exposure to international markets
Experience using CRM tools
