10–15 years in Microsoft Dynamics consulting, with at least 4+ years specifically in a Presales or Solution Architecture capacity.
ERP Expertise:
Dual-threat capability in both D365 Finance & Operations and Business Central. You should know when to recommend one over the other based on company size, complexity, and budget.
The 'Stack' Knowledge:
Proficiency in the Power Platform (Power Apps for extensions, Power Automate for workflows, and Power BI for ERP data visualization).
Licensing Mastery:
Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide, including transition pricing from legacy systems (NAV/AX) to the cloud.
Communication:
Exceptional 'boardroom presence'—the ability to explain OData integrations or X++ customizations to a CFO in terms of ROI and risk.

MB-700:
Microsoft Certified:
