Job Description Functional Process Knowledge in Procurement process and Extended warehouse management.
Conducts business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analysis in an effort toalign information technology solutions with business initiatives.
Prioritizes requests and works with
ITDelivery group for planning and scheduling of IT resources.
Under minimalsupervisionformulates and defines system scope andobjectivesto develop ormodifyinformation systems.
Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
Competent to work on most phases of application system analysis and design activities.
Prepares charts and diagrams to support problem and/or design solution documentation.
Capability to mine and analyze business transactional data to identify/quantify business and/or systems issues.
Project manager for small to medium projects.
Prior experience working with US Based business counterparts
Experience in conducting remote business requirements sessions
Qualifications 7 - 12 years of SAP R/3 configuration skills in the process area ofMMandEWM( 5 years)
Strong understanding of end-to-endlogisticsprocesses .
Strong knowledge in MM - Procurement process and Inventory management
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize processes in:
Purchase
Requisition / Purchase Order ,Goods Receipt & Issue,Material Master Management ,Vendor Management ,Release strategies
Resolve issues related to GR/IR discrepancies, Stock transport orders, Subcontracting,Consignment, Third party procurement
Strong knowledge in EWM processes:
Inbound / Outbound process,Put away, Picking, Packing, Staging, and Shipping,Physical Inventory, Internal Warehouse Movements
Hands-on experience with:
Warehouse Structure (Storage types, Sections, Bins)
RF Framework & Configuration
Queue Monitoring & Error Resolution
Post-processing Framework (PPF)
EWM - ERP integration
Work with interfaces such as IDoc,qRFCmonitoring, CIF issues.
Work closely with
ABAPteam for bug fixes/RICEFW developments.
Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLA.
Perform detailed root cause analysis for problem ticket sand implement permanent fixes.
Analyze and implement small enhancements and change requests.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams(FI, SD, PP,TM)
Good communication skills for working with business users and global teams
Nice to Have
Understanding of SAP ABAP programming language is desirable but not required
Experience in S/4
HANA MM &TM(added advantage).
Excellent critical thinking aptitude
Experience working with other integration platforms like
GIS, SAP PI/POis a plus
