CDN Devops Engineer

Job Description:

Purpose of the role:
As CDN Dev Ops Engineer, the person will be responsible for Design, implement, and maintain CDN solutions .
The role requires expertise in Apache Traffic Control (ATC) / Apache Traffic Server (ATS), Linux, and scripting, with 3-5 years of experience:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Design, implement, and maintain CDN solutions using Apache Traffic Control (ATC) and Apache Traffic Server (ATS).
Manage and optimize Linux-based servers and environments.
Develop and maintain scripts for automation and deployment processes.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CDN solutions with other systems and applications.
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

In this role, you will be successful, if you have:

Experience:

Graduate or postgraduate in Computer Science or related Engineering Specialization.
Relevant hands-on experience in IT with significant focus on Dev Ops practices
Skills &

Competencies:

Must Have:
Proficiency in Apache Traffic Control (ATC) and Apache Traffic Server (ATS).
Strong experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.
Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus. § Knowledge of networking protocols and web technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. § Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Additional Notes § Certification in Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD), Docker, or cloud platforms is desirable(AWS,AZURE, GCP)
