Your Responsibilities Will Include
Documenting guidelines, processes, and standards to set up, maintain, and streamline master data (i.e., accounts) and hierarchies
Set up and maintain master data and hierarchies
Participate in data transformation projects including MDM, data migration, and system re-engineering
Execute the data quality lifecycle from profiling to measuring business value
Evaluate what is needed to solve specific data problems, perform root cause analysis, and create corrective action plans
Define how to best achieve desired outcomes
Engage with stakeholders in a data ecosystem to ensure data governance and data quality requirements are met throughout the data product lifecycle
Your Background Is
Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Data Governance Engineer with a background in managing Master Data and Data Quality

Experience with Account Master data standards, operational and analytical processes, systems, metrics, and end-to-end data flow

Experience with MDM Account data, metadata, hierarchy, duplication and validation rules, tools, and processes

Experience with data profiling, data quality rule setup, root cause analysis, data remediation, data monitoring, and data quality dashboards
Knowledge of data enrichment tools (i.e., D&B, Leadspace) and processes
Knowledge of Informatica IDQ, Address Doctor, SQL
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
