Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement SAP PP/QM solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP ECC/MRP-based functional solutions.
Provide end-user support, training, and functional guidance on SAP PP/QM modules.
Develop and maintain documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PP and QM modules.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
Support testing activities including integration, user acceptance, and regression testing.
Assist in process improvements related to production planning and quality management workflows.
Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure smooth SAP operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within SAP environments.
