Maintain daily site activities and routines.
Ensure SLA are achieved & work proactively to maintain the same.
Basic Exposure in Telecom product and Network provisioning process
Basic knowledge in customer support & solving order related queries
Basic knowledge if they have CRM system experience like Amdocs ,Cramer & SOM
Good communications skills & basic telecommunications knowledge
