As an Infra Dev Specialist you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. With a focus on Dynamics 365 you will ensure seamless integration and functionality to support business operations. This hybrid role requires expertise in CRM systems with a preference for candidates experienced in investment banking operations.
Responsibilities
Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 CRM with existing systems.
Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 to optimize performance and user experience.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in CRM implementations.
Develop and maintain documentation for CRM configurations processes and procedures.
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and scalability.
Support end-users by providing training and technical assistance to maximize CRM utilization.
Analyze business processes and recommend CRM solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM technologies and best practices to ensure optimal solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system by implementing appropriate measures.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to integrate additional functionalities into Dynamics 365.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes and strategies to align with business goals.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 with proven implementation experience.
Demonstrate expertise in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs.
Exhibit knowledge of investment banking operations and brokerage as a valuable domain skill.
Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex CRM issues.
Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in CRM systems with a preference for up to 8 years.
Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts.
