Must Have Skills
3–4 years of experience in QA Automation and Software Testing.
Strong experience with API automation testing tools and frameworks.
Hands-on experience in performance/load testing tools such as JMeter, k6, Gatling, or similar.
Experience testing distributed systems or microservices architectures.
Good understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous systems, and event-driven architectures.
Basic scripting/programming knowledge in JavaScript/Type Script or Node.js.
Key Responsibilities
Architect & Build:
Design and implement highly scalable microservices capable of Design, develop, and maintain automated test plans, test cases, and QA documentation.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Execute performance, stress, load, scalability, and reliability testing for distributed systems.
Build automated CI/CD quality gates and testing pipelines.
Collaborate closely with developers, Dev Ops, and product teams to ensure high product quality.
Core Requirements
Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms.
Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, or ELK stack.
Foundational exposure testing GenAI applications. Understanding of qualitative frameworks like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt injection resilience testing, token latency tracking, or validating model output deterministic drift.
