Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to support our AI-powered Asset Management
system. The role involves handling customer calls, performing data annotations, validating AI
outputs, and making corrections in the application to ensure accuracy and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend customer calls and emails professionally
• Understand customer issues related to the Yard application
• Perform AI data annotation and validation tasks
• Correct system data and AI outputs within the application
• Coordinate with internal technical and AI teams
Required Skills
• Fluent English communication (mandatory)
• Customer Support / SaaS / Technical Support experience
• Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
• Comfortable using web-based applications
Preferred
• Experience with AI tools, annotation, or data validation
• Exposure to logistics or yard operations (plus)
