Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with mandatory experience in the Aesthetic, Cosmetic, Dermatology, Hair Care, Medical, Healthcare, or Clinic industry.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive qualified leads, maximize ROI, and achieve business objectives for our healthcare and aesthetic clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and You Tube campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Develop campaign strategies focused on lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and ROI.
- Generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and client servicing teams to execute successful campaigns.
- Stay updated with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Mandatory experience in Aesthetic Clinics, Cosmetic Brands, Dermatology, Hair Restoration, Medical, Healthcare, Wellness, or Related Industries.
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns and conversion tracking.
