We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, support, enhancements, and business process optimization. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful SAP FICO deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Configure and customize SAP FI and CO modules based on business needs.
Work on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Product Costing.
Perform integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
Provide end-user training and documentation.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO modules.
Experience in at least 2–4 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
Hands-on experience in support and enhancement projects.
Knowledge of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Costing, and Reporting.
Experience with SAP S/4
HANA Finance is preferred.
Strong understanding of integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or SAP Certification is an added advantage.
SAP FICO Certification preferred.
Notice Period
Immediate Joiners to 30 Days Preferred.
