Role Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking, technically sharp Senior Project Coordinator   (Agentic AI Focus)   with 5+ years of experience to drive the execution of our cutting-edge technology initiatives. In this role, you won't just track timelines. You will actively shape the delivery of autonomous, AI-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate possesses an AI-native mindset, meaning you naturally look for ways to leverage AI to optimize workflows, and you have direct experience coordinating projects involving Agentic AI (autonomous agents, multi-agent frameworks, or AI workflows). You will act as the critical bridge between engineering teams, product stakeholders, and advanced AI systems to ensure seamless delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
AI Project Delivery:
Coordinate and track the end-to-end life cycles of complex technical projects, with a specific focus on Agentic AI implementations and intelligent automation systems.
Timeline & Resource Management:
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables effectively, ensuring high-quality deployment under tight deadlines.
Stakeholder Alignment:
Serve as the central point of communication, translating complex AI/technical concepts into clear updates for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Process Optimization:
Apply your AI-native mindset to continuously evaluate, automate, and improve project management processes, reducing operational friction.
Risk & Analytical Management:
Use strong analytical skills to monitor project health, proactively identify technical bottlenecks or edge cases in AI behavior, and propose data-driven solutions.
Adaptability:
Navigate and excel within a fast-paced environment, shifting priorities seamlessly as business requirements and AI capabilities evolve.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Education
5+ years of experience in IT project coordination, project management, or a highly technical delivery role.
Proven track record managing projects specifically involving Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, autonomous workflows, or advanced machine learning systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
