Role Overview  We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional to lead testing activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain expertise in Shipping & Logistics, along with hands-on technical skills and leadership experience to drive quality initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Lead QA activities and ensure high-quality deliverables across projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
Perform API testing and validate backend services using SQL queries
Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive resolution with development teams
Mentor and guide team members, ensuring adherence to QA best practices
Contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies

Required Skills & Experience
6 to 8 years of overall experience in QA
3 to 4 years of experience in the Shipping & Logistics domain, preferably with exposure to North American clients
1 to 2 years of experience in a leadership or team handling role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience in API testing
Good knowledge of SQL

Preferred Skills
Experience in automation testing using Java and Selenium

Relevant Experience Preferred
Experience working with international clients, preferably in North America
Exposure to end-to-end QA lifecycle in logistics or supply chain-based applications
