SAP FICO Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge in SAP FICO modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with business users to understand, analyze, and scope business requirements.
Provide effective functional and technical solutions for SAP FICO-related requirements.
Perform hands-on configuration, customization, enhancements, and testing in SAP FICO modules.
Coordinate and support end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues related to SAP FICO functionalities.
Work closely with ABAP technical teams and guide them in report development, enhancements, and configuration-related changes.
Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend system improvements and enhancements.
Support SAP upgrades, patches, and system updates.
Prepare functional specifications and relevant documentation as required.
Required Skills & Expertise:
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO Implementation and Support projects.
Strong experience in SAP S/4 HANA environment.
Good understanding of:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Bank Accounting
Experience in handling configurations, testing, and production support.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional and technical teams.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred
Skills:
Exposure to integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
Experience in handling multiple support tickets and change requests.
Knowledge of reporting and enhancement coordination with ABAP teams.
