Senior Product Designer; UI​/UX

Position: Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)
Techtinium is looking for a Senior Product Designer who brings both craft and curiosity to the table. You will own the design process end-to-end across multiple client projects simultaneously — from early discovery and research through to final developer handoff. You will work directly with clients and stakeholders, adapt quickly across domains and brand constraints, and help shape how design is practised inside Techtinium.

Core Responsibilities

Design, manage and deliver end-to-end UI/UX design across multiple projects — from discovery and research through to final handoff.
Translate complex client requirements, business goals, and user needs into intuitive and visually refined design solutions.
Conduct user research, usability tests, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs tailored to each project's context and constraints.
Present design concepts and rationale clearly to various clients, stakeholders and leadership.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other designers to ensure smooth, and ship high-quality experiences.
Adapt quickly to different industries, product types, and brand guidelines across client engagements.
Stay current with UX trends, tools, and emerging patterns relevant to our clients' domains.
Contribute to and help evolve internal design processes, templates, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of UI/UX design experience, including work on B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment without compromising quality or deadlines.
Strong visual design skills and user-first thinking with high attention to detail.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and showcasing diverse project types — web apps, mobile, dashboards, websites, or other digital products.
Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) for wire framing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, and handoff workflows.
Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design patterns, and information architecture.
Experience contributing to or building internal design systems and component libraries.
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

Experience working on a wide variety of project types — e-commerce, enterprise tools, consumer apps, data-heavy dashboards, analytics interfaces, or complex workflows.
Exposure to motion design or micro-interaction prototyping.
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment where you've helped build design practices from the ground up.
