As part of our growing digital and software capability, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented  UI/UX Designer  to help design intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences for web applications, mobile applications, internal platforms, and customer-facing products.

Role Overview
We are looking for a  UI/UX Designer  with strong experience in designing  web applications, mobile apps, prototypes, wireframes, user journeys, and interactive digital experiences . The ideal candidate should combine creative thinking with practical design execution and should be comfortable working closely with product owners, developers, business teams, and stakeholders.
This role requires someone who can understand user needs, translate business requirements into elegant design solutions, and create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces that improve usability and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and modern user interfaces for  web applications, mobile applications, dashboards, portals, and enterprise platforms .
Create  wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs .
Convert business requirements and product ideas into clear, user-friendly design concepts.
Work closely with product owners, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver design solutions.
Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys, product flows, and application behaviour.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability reviews to improve product experience.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and modern UI/UX best practices.
Create and maintain design systems, UI components, reusable templates, and visual standards.
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
Review developed screens and provide feedback to ensure design quality and consistency.
Bring creative thinking to product design, user experience improvements, and digital innovation initiatives.
Support product presentations, demos, client proposals, and internal product documentation where required.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, mobile design patterns, design tools, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
Strong experience in  UI/UX design for web and mobile applications .
Good understanding of  user-centred design principles , usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as  Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools .
Ability to create  wireframes, prototypes, user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity screens .
Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, colour theory, spacing, icons, and component design.
Understanding of web and mobile design standards for Android, iOS, and responsive web applications.
Ability to think creatively and solve design problems with practical, user-friendly solutions.
Good communication skills to explain design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as  HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React, or Angular  will be an advantage.
Experience working in Agile or product development environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Certification or portfolio-based training in UI/UX design will be an advantage.
A strong design portfolio showcasing web apps, mobile apps, dashboards, prototypes, or product design work.
Experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, IT service portals, field service apps, or customer dashboards is a plus.
