Job Description:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in HR Data Governance.
Strong experience in Data Quality Management and Data Governance practices.
Experience in Data Privacy, Data Standards, and Compliance.
Banking domain experience is mandatory.
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues.
Define and track data quality metrics and governance controls.
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Create remediation plans and improve data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
Experience in transitioning project deliverables to BAU (Business as Usual) support model.
Good understanding of HR data, master data, and governance frameworks.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
