Key Responsibility (Day to Day Activities):
Identify prime targets for up-sell/cross-sell and engage Sales team to execute on those opportunities
Identify the risk client proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate leading to reduction of client churn
Frequent client reach outs, review Account health, Publish accounts dashboards.

Qualification and Experience
2 to 4 years of experience in HR, HR transformation OR HCM implementation and customer management roles / HR consulting roles.
Understanding of Technology systems. HRMS system implementation and understanding would be preferred.
Experience in Customer Success for HR Tech application is preferred.
