Network Architect (Cisco Catalyst SD‑WAN / Cisco Wireless)
We are seeking an experienced Network Architect to lead the enterprise architecture, design standards, and strategic roadmap for next‑generation campus and WAN networking. The role will own end‑to‑end architecture across Cisco Catalyst Switching (LAN) , Cisco Catalyst SD‑WAN or Cisco Wireless (one mandatory; both preferred) , and drive automation/assurance through Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) alongside identity and segmentation architectures using Cisco ISE / Trust Sec .
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy
Lead the architecture, design, and strategic roadmap for Cisco Catalyst SD‑WAN or Cisco Wireless solutions (either one mandatory; both preferred).
Define enterprise‑grade LAN, WAN, and WLAN architectures using Cisco Catalyst switching platforms .
Design scalable, resilient network solutions aligned with business, reliability, and security requirements .
Establish architecture guardrails to ensure compliance with enterprise, regulatory, and security standards .
Cisco DNAC (Automation, Assurance, Analytics)
Architect and integrate Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) for:
Network automation and configuration standardization
Assurance/health monitoring and analytics
Compliance and lifecycle management (images, upgrades, patches)
Define operational and architectural standards for leveraging DNAC insights for proactive risk remediation.
Cisco ISE & Zero Trust Segmentation
Design Cisco ISE–based identity, access control, and segmentation architectures .
Define policies and architecture standards for:
802.1X , SGT , Trust Sec , Guest access , and Zero‑Trust frameworks
Establish routing, segmentation, QoS, and security standards across LAN/WAN.
Transformation Leadership & Design Governance
Provide technical leadership during SD‑WAN, wireless, and campus network transformations .
Review HLD/LLD and guide engineering teams through implementation and rollout governance.
Act as escalation point for complex design/integration issues; drive RCA‑based architectural improvements.
Collaborate with security, cloud, and application teams for end‑to‑end network integration .
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Evaluate new Cisco technologies and lead modernization initiatives.
Drive measurable improvements in performance, scalability, availability, and operational efficiency .
Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)
Strong hands‑on and architecture experience with Cisco Catalyst SD‑WAN OR Cisco Wireless (one mandatory).
Proven experience defining LAN/WAN/WLAN enterprise architectures using Cisco Catalyst switching .
Strong architecture capability in Cisco DNAC (automation/assurance/analytics)
Strong design experience with Cisco ISE , including 802.1X, policy enforcement, guest access , and segmentation (SGT/Trust Sec)
Strong understanding of:
Routing & campus design principles
Segmentation models and QoS standards
Security architecture alignment (Zero Trust principles)
