Mastery in Cisco Viptela SDWAN over BGP and OMP protocols
Experience in SDWAN migration and operations
Hands on experience and strong knowledge of L2/L3 switches, Routers, Firewalls and Wireless devices
Strong understanding & extensive experience with Network protocols BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, IPSsec, NAT, PAT and MPLS, VSS, VPC etc.

Working experience and expert knowledge on Cisco Catalyst and Nexus Switches, ISR/ASR Routers, Arista Network devices and understanding of switching technologies VLAN, VTP, DTP, STP,MSTP, VRRP HSRP, etc.

Working experience on Aruba Wireless devices
Excellent Communication skill

Good-to-Have
Experience on Firewalls
CCNP Certified in SDWAN

Roles & Responsibilities :
Regular Operations Support. Should work in 24
* 7 support
Experience in implementation and configuration on protocols and wireless devices
Firmware/IOS upgrade of Switch/Router/Firewalls
Working closely with our various teams across the organization to ensure fast, smooth rollout of resolving issues.
Knowledge and understanding of DNS and DHCP
Troubleshoot on call on L1, L2, L3 issues.
Monitoring Tools:
Solar winds. Good understanding on Lancope, wireshark
Investigate and diagnose Incidents, attempt to resolve them or escalate/refer them to appropriate team
Participate in daily/weekly/monthly status calls with clients.
Working on Issues on SDWAN an Any connect environment.
