Required Technical Skills
8–12 years of hands‑on experience in Middleware Administration
Strong expertise in:
IBM MQ (Queue Manager, Channels, Clustering, HA/DR)
JBoss / Wild Fly Application Server
IIS (Microsoft Internet Information Services)
Apache Web Server
Experience with middleware installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations
Strong understanding of messaging concepts, transactions, and integrations
Experience with SSL/TLS, certificates, authentication, and authorization
Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
Experience with monitoring tools (App Dynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Nagios, etc.)
Understanding of networking concepts (ports, firewalls, load balancers)
