Role Overview
This is a pure hunter role focused on net-new logo acquisition across enterprise clients in North America & Canada. The ideal candidate will be highly driven, quota-focused, and experienced in closing complex GCC and workforce solutions deals.
Required Experience & Skills
3–7 years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in GCC, contingent staffing, RPO, or workforce solutions
Proven track record of hunting and closing new enterprise logos in the US & Canada market
Strong ability to engage CXOs, HR, TA, Procurement, and senior business stakeholders
Experience selling to large enterprises (mandatory); system integrators is an added advantage
Strong hunter mindset: self-driven, resilient, and outcome-focused
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Comfortable working in night shifts and global time zones
Working knowledge of Salesforce (good to have)
