Job Purpose

The Manager – Analytics is responsible for leading a Digital Marketing Analytics team and owning the delivery of digital marketing analytics initiatives that enable data-driven decision-making across enterprise marketing programs. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and drives strategic impact through analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Talent Management:

Lead and develop a team of data scientists/analysts
Drive performance management and development plans
Foster a high-performing and innovative team culture

Analytics Portfolio Ownership

Own and prioritize analytics initiatives aligned to marketing priorities
Manage capacity, timelines, and risks across projects

Digital Marketing Analytics Delivery

Deliver analytics across GA4, Paid Media, and CRM platforms
Produce dashboards, reports, and executive insights

Strategic Business Partnership

Translating business needs into analytics solutions
Influence marketing strategy through data-driven insights

Technical Oversight

Provide guidance on data modeling and analytics methodologies
Ensure scalability and governance of analytics solutions

Global Operating Model

Collaborating with global teams across time zones
Align priorities and delivery with US/Global stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
7–10 years of experience in analytics/data science
2+ years of people and/or analytics portfolio management experience

Experience with Data Modeling, Transformation, Science, and Visualization Layer (SQL/dbt, Python/R incl. Pandas, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch etc., Jupyter, VS Code/Git, Power BI/Tableau)
Familiarity with Data Collection (Web & App Analytics incl. GA4, CRM / Marketing Automation, Paid Media Platforms), Ingestion & Integration (ETL, Cloud-native Pipelines etc.) Layer
Familiarity with Data Storage Layer (Snowflake, Big Query, GCS, S3)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in paid media analytics and attribution modeling

Experience with Snowflake/Big Query
Experience working in global delivery models
Familiarity with Agentic AI Stack (Foundation Models, Frameworks, and Orchestration)
