Your Role
A Test Manager leads end-to-end software quality assurance, defining test strategies, managing testing teams, and coordinating UAT to ensure products are fit for release. They bridge technical and business teams, identifying risks and improving testing efficiency across Agile or traditional projects.
Test Strategy & Planning:
Design structured test strategies, plans, and scripts aligned with project scope, risks, and timelines.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring effective task allocation and performance management.
Execution & Monitoring:
Drive test execution, track progress, and ensure timely delivery against milestones.
Defect Management:
Define and enforce defect lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate tracking and timely resolution.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate quality metrics, risks, and release readiness to cross-functional stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Enhance testing efficiency by optimizing processes, tools, and automation practices.
Your Profile
Experience:
6–12 years in Software Quality Assurance with proven expertise across test strategy, execution, and delivery.
Language Proficiency: B2+ (or higher) certification in German, with ability to collaborate in multilingual environments.
Team Leadership:
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring QA teams, driving performance and delivery excellence.
Stakeholder Management:
Strong ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of quality metrics, risks, and release readiness.
