Job Summary
:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analys t with a strong background in Management Information Systems (MIS ) and intermediate proficiency in Power B I and Exce l. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards that support business decision-making across departments
.
Required Skills & Qualification
s:
Minimu m 3 years of experien ce in MIS reporting and data analysi
s.Intermediate proficiency i n Power BI – ability to create dashboards, use DAX functions, and manage data model
s.Intermediate proficiency i n Microsoft Exc el – including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH and conditional formattin
g.Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
s.Good communication and stakeholder management abilitie
s.Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritie
s.
Optional Qualificatio
ns:
Experience in SQL or other data querying tools is a pl
us.
Exposure to automation tools like Power Automate or VBA is an advanta
ge.
Prior experience in a corporate or shared services environme
nt.
Key Responsibilit

Develop and maintain MIS reports to support operational and strategic decision-mak
ing.
Create and manage Power BI dashboards and visualizations to present data insights effectiv
ely.
Perform data analysis using Excel functions, pivot tables, and formu
las.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insig
hts.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platfo
rms.
Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting proces
ses.
Support ad-hoc data requests and deep-dive analysis as nee
ded.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business improveme
nts.
