Develop and update SOPs & KB content Work with SMEs to simplify complex information
Ensure documentation quality, consistency, and usability
What we’re looking for:
Experience in technical writing/documentation (3 - 5 years)
Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Service Now, or Share Point

Skills and Experience:
Content Creation & Updates:
Research, design, write, and maintain high-quality SOPs, user guides, release notes, and internal KB articles.
Lifecycle Management:
Regularly audit the existing document repository to archive outdated information and ensure all content reflects current systems and policies.
Simplification:
Translate intricate technical workflows, engineering notes, and compliance requirements into easy-to-understand, step-by-step instructions.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Customer-focused with a proactive mindset.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
