Position: Revenue Acceleration Lead / Growth Ecosystem Manager
For our NEW INITIATIVE, we are looking for ambitious growth-focused professionals who can drive marketplace expansion, strategic partnerships and revenue acceleration across cities and categories.

Role Overview As a Revenue Acceleration Lead / Growth Ecosystem Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling the vendor ecosystem, strategic partnerships and marketplace revenue.
You will work closely with vendors, venues, event businesses and enterprise partners to grow transactions, increase platform adoption and unlock new revenue opportunities.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-growth startup environments.

Key Responsibilities Marketplace Growth  Drive onboarding of vendors, venues and event businesses
Expand marketplace coverage across categories and cities
Build strategic local and regional partnerships
Revenue Expansion  Identify high-potential revenue opportunities
Increase vendor participation and transaction value
Support monetization initiatives and premium offerings
Relationship Management  Build and maintain strong partner relationships
Act as a trusted growth advisor for vendors
Improve retention and repeat business
Business Development  Generate leads and close strategic collaborations
Develop city-wise growth strategies
Support enterprise and large-scale partnership discussions
Performance & Analytics  Track marketplace performance metrics
Analyze conversion trends and partner engagement
Work with AI-driven marketplace insights and dashboards
Cross-functional Collaboration  Coordinate with operations, product and marketing teams
Provide feedback for product and marketplace improvements
Support launch campaigns and strategic initiatives
Ideal Candidate Requirements  4–9 years of experience in:
Sales
Business Development
Marketplace Growth
Vendor Partnerships
Hospitality / Events / SaaS / Internet Platforms
Skills  Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
