Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager at Theiso Design Consultant® located in Chennai. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the digital marketing strategies and campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute successful marketing campaigns, optimize website content for SEO, manage social media channels, analyze campaign performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end digital strategy and execution for diverse international and domestic brands.
Manage comprehensive SEO and PPC programs with a focus on high-conversion Search and Display campaigns.
Guide cross-channel efforts in Meta Ads, Linked In Marketing, and Email Automation.
Work directly with stakeholders on brand positioning, budget allocation, and growth roadmaps.
Analyze performance metrics using GA4, Hotjar, and Looker Studio to provide actionable insights.
Mentor and manage a dedicated team of 4-6 digital marketing specialists and content creators.
Coordinate with our UI/UX and Web Development teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for CRO.
Must-Have Experience
8–12 years of total experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Agency background is mandatory.
Proven track record of managing marketing budgets for premium or service-based brands.
Deep expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads), and Social Media Advertising (Meta/Linked In).
Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the creative process and how it integrates with performance marketing.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup from our office location.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with high-end lifestyle, tech, or design-led brands.
Proficiency in Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/Automation tools.
Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and heat mapping tools.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite to better collaborate with design teams.
Education
Any Graduate / Postgraduate (Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred).
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Content Marketing are a plus.
