ion:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP Financial Accounting Consultant based in Noida. The consultant will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and related financial processes. Day-to-day activities include gathering business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, designing solutions, preparing functional specifications, and collaborating with technical teams for implementations and enhancements.
The role involves conducting system testing, supporting user acceptance testing, resolving production issues, and ensuring compliance with financial controls and reporting standards. The consultant will also work closely with business stakeholders to provide process improvements, end-user training, and ongoing functional support for finance transformati
ons.
Qualificat
ions Strong Finance and Accounting knowledge, with the ability to interpret financial statements and business proces
ses.
Hands-on experience with SAP FICO, including configuration, integration with other SAP modules, and support in a production environm
ent.
Demonstrated Consulting capabilities, including requirement gathering, stakeholder management, solution design, and document at
ion.
Well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data analysis, process optimization, and root-cause investigat
ion.
Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout projects, including testing and user train
ing.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, manage priorities, and deliver within deadli
nes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakehold
ers.
