Role Description  The Lead Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Zoho-based ERP and automation projects for clients across industries. This full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring deliverables align with client requirements and quality standards. The Lead Project Manager will monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders through regular updates and reviews.

Responsibilities include translating business requirements into actionable project plans, supervising implementation and configuration work, and ensuring effective user training and adoption. The role also involves continuous process improvement, documentation of best practices, and mentoring junior project team members to support consistent, high-quality project outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong project leadership and Project Management skills, with experience overseeing multiple concurrent implementation projects.
Hands-on experience in Expeditor and Expediting activities, ensuring timely delivery of project materials, information, and milestones.
Background in Inspection and quality oversight to validate deliverables, configurations, and documentation against defined standards.
Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate resources, schedules, and dependencies across teams and client locations.
Prior experience with ERP or CRM implementations (Zoho preferred), including requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, client-facing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage expectations and drive alignment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with attention to detail and a focus on outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring team members in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
