We're looking for a Performance / Growth Marketing Executive who thrives on optimizing campaigns, generating quality leads, and delivering measurable business impact.
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linked In Ads
Drive inbound and outbound lead generation
Manage multi-country marketing campaigns
Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
Run email nurture campaigns and Whats App marketing
Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Design teams to accelerate pipeline growth
Qualification
1–3 years of experience in Performance/Growth Marketing
Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is highly preferred
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linked In Campaign Manager
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce), and email marketing tools
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and campaign execution skills
