Role Overview :
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant, you will lead and support full life-cycle implementation, configuration, and post-go-live support of Oracle HCM Cloud. You’ll work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and enable seamless HR processes using modules like Compensation, Time & Labor (OTL), and Absence Management.

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Fusion HCM Cloud, specifically in Compensation, Time & Labour (OTL), and Absence Management. The role involves end-to-end implementation, BAU support, requirement analysis, configuration, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations in the Fusion HCM Compensation module.
Minimum 3 years of functional experience in OTL and Absence Management.
Hands-on experience configuring annual and mid-year compensation cycles (2–3 cycles).
Manage customer communication and stakeholder expectations.
Experience in Global Implementation, Upgrades, or Support projects.
Functional Competencies
Strong functional expertise in HCM Fusion Compensation including configurations, setups, and fast formulas.
Technical Competencies
Proficiency in Fast Formulas, HCM data model, and data flows.
Experience with UDTs, Lookups, and dynamic columns in worksheets.
