Key Responsibilities
- Support annual, quarterly, and ad-hoc business planning cycles, including collection of inputs from Corporate Functions, Service Delivery, IT, HR, Risk, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and coordinate Monthly Follow-up decks, Management Committee materials, Board/leadership inputs, and executive-ready presentations for senior management and Head Office stakeholders.
- Drive PDCA coordination, action-item tracking, follow-ups with section heads, and consolidation of monthly progress against strategic priorities.
- Own / coordinate strategic dashboards such as operational KPI dashboards, Power BI reports, and management MIS, working with BI resources and section PICs.
- Track strategic initiatives including office strategy, migration roadmap, productivity analytics, governance improvements, AI / automation initiatives, and enterprise transformation themes.
- Support preparation of SOPs, operating models, RACI matrices, governance frameworks, and process documentation for strategic and cross-functional programs.
- Perform data analysis, scenario analysis, benchmark research to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with various functional teams to ensure timely input, accurate reporting, and closure of agreed actions.
- Maintain structured repositories, trackers, and source documentation to improve transparency, audit-readiness, and continuity of knowledge.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong business planning, project coordination, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to convert unstructured inputs into clear narratives, management decks, dashboards, action trackers, and decision notes.
- Strong analytical capability with working knowledge of Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Understanding of GCC / shared services operating model, governance forums, risk / control expectations, and cross-functional corporate processes.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables under time pressure with high accuracy and senior-management-ready quality.
- Exposure to AI, automation, Copilot, data analytics, or transformation projects will be preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in strategic planning, business management, transformation office, management reporting, consulting, program governance, or GCC / BFSI corporate functions.
- Prior experience working with senior leadership, preparing management decks, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in banking, financial services, global capability centers, operations governance, or transformation programs preferred
